1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on win988, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 3 Age Verification & Eligibility

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically processed within a few hours of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier section and may differ by payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the full wagering requirement of an active bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonus Terms

All promotional bonuses offered by win988 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free spins — are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an offer states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible bet amount are stated in PKR in each offer.
• Game contribution rates: Different games contribute at different rates towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all depending on the specific offer.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets on win988 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. The following general rules apply across all sports betting activity.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation except through the Cash Out feature where available.
• In the event of match postponement or abandonment, win988's sport-specific rules determine whether bets are settled, voided or carried over. Cricket matches affected by weather are typically settled on the official result if a reduced-overs match is completed.
• win988 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time.
• Obvious pricing errors are not valid bets. win988 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet was confirmed by the system.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to delay in acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message. Network or device issues that prevent confirmation do not obligate win988 to honour the bet.

8 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on win988 are provided by third-party software suppliers. Games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. win988 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnection or server error — the round is typically voided and any stake returned. Where the game state can be reconstructed from server logs, the official result stands.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are current estimates and may differ from the final amount awarded due to simultaneous play across multiple platforms where applicable.
• win988 reserves the right to remove or replace game titles from the library at any time. This does not affect any ongoing play at the time of removal.

9 VIP Programme

The win988 VIP programme has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier status is determined by cumulative betting activity over rolling periods as defined in the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page. VIP benefits — including weekly cashback rates, reload bonuses and birthday rewards — apply to the tier level active at the time the benefit is calculated.

• Tier downgrades may occur at the end of a review period if activity thresholds are not maintained.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• win988 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and benefit structures with notice.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on win988 and will result in account suspension, balance review and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform without human input
• Collusion between accounts to exploit bonuses, betting markets or casino games
• Intentional exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
• Match fixing or involvement in any activity related to manipulation of sporting events
• Money laundering or using win988 for any illegal financial purpose
• Creating or using more than one account on the platform
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification

11 Account Suspension & Closure

win988 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; identity verification failure; regulatory compliance requirements; or at the request of the account holder.

If your account is closed due to a breach on your part, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits minus any withdrawn amounts may be returned at win988's discretion following investigation.

12 Responsible Gaming
