Your Account

Everything Waiting for You After You Log In

Your win988 login gives you instant access to the full platform — cricket odds, live markets, your PKR balance, VIP status and everything else.

Live Cricket & PSL Betting

The moment you log in, you can jump straight into live cricket markets. PSL season brings the deepest coverage — match winner, over-by-over totals, player performance and more. In-play odds update in real time, so you can bet on what is actually happening in the match right now.

Your PKR Balance & Transaction History

See your current PKR balance, review recent deposits and withdrawals, and track your betting history from the account dashboard. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are reflected almost immediately after login. Pending withdrawals and their current status are visible in the cashier section.

VIP Programme Status & Rewards

Your login shows your current VIP tier — Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond — and how close you are to the next level. VIP members access enhanced cashback rates, tier-specific bonuses and priority withdrawal processing. Every bet placed while logged in contributes towards your VIP progression.

Slots & Live Casino Tables

After logging in, the full games library is available — hundreds of slot titles with various themes and volatility levels, plus live dealer tables including blackjack, baccarat and roulette. Live tables are streamed 24/7 with professional dealers, accessible from both the browser and the Android app.

Active Bonuses & Promotions

Your bonus balance, active offers and any wagering progress are all visible in your account after login. If you have a reload bonus running, you can track how much of the wagering requirement has been met. Check the Promotions page for any new offers available to your account this week.

Seamless App & Browser Sync

Log in once and your session syncs across devices. Start a bet on your laptop and check settlement on your Android phone via the win988 app. Your balance, open bets and account settings are identical whether you are using the browser or the app — nothing is device-specific.

Login Help

Having Trouble Logging In to win988?

Most login problems on win988 have a straightforward fix. Here are the most common issues and what to do about each one.

If you believe someone else has logged into your win988 account without your permission, contact support immediately via live chat. The support team can freeze the account while you change your password and review recent activity.
Account Security

Keep Your win988 Login Secure

Since your win988 account holds a real PKR balance, keeping it secure is genuinely important. These are practical steps — not just generic advice.

Use a Password You Do Not Use Elsewhere
If your email or social media password is ever exposed in a data breach and you use the same one for win988, your account could be at risk. A unique password for win988 means other breaches cannot affect you here. A combination of letters, numbers and a symbol is ideal.
Keep Your Registered Mobile Number Active
Your registered Pakistani mobile number is used for login verification and account recovery. If you change your number, update it in account settings before you stop using the old one — otherwise account recovery becomes complicated.
Always Log Out on Shared Devices
If you access win988 on a shared phone, a family device or an internet café, make sure you log out fully after each session. Do not tick "Remember me" on any shared device. A logged-in win988 session on a shared phone is a direct route to unauthorised access.
Avoid Public Wi-Fi for Login
Unsecured public Wi-Fi networks — at airports, hotels, restaurants — can be monitored. Avoid logging into win988 on public Wi-Fi. Use your mobile data connection instead. If you must use public Wi-Fi, a VPN adds a meaningful layer of protection.
win988 Will Never Ask for Your Password
The win988 team — including support agents — will never ask for your password in a chat, email or phone call. If anyone claiming to be from win988 asks for your password, it is a scam. Report it through the official live chat immediately.
Two-step verification: Where two-factor authentication is available in your win988 account settings, enabling it adds a second layer of security by requiring a code sent to your registered number each time you log in from a new device.
Common Questions

Login – Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the login questions Pakistani win988 players ask most often.

Yes. You can log in using the Pakistani mobile number you registered with, or using your email address — whichever you prefer. The login page has a tab to switch between the two options. Make sure you enter the number in the same format you used during registration. If you registered with a 03xx number, use that format rather than the +92 equivalent.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You will be asked to confirm your registered mobile number or email address, and a reset code or link will be sent to it. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number or email, contact win988 support via live chat — they will verify your identity through your account details before assisting with recovery.

Accounts can be temporarily restricted for a few reasons — pending KYC verification, an unusual login attempt triggering a security review, or a self-exclusion you may have set previously. If you receive a restriction message at login, contact support through live chat. They can tell you the reason and what is needed to resolve it. If you previously set a self-exclusion period, the account will remain locked until that period expires.

On a personal phone that only you use and that has a screen lock enabled (PIN, fingerprint or face ID), staying logged in to the win988 app is generally fine and convenient. The risk is if your phone is lost, stolen or shared. If your device is shared with anyone — including family members — always log out after each session and do not enable the "Remember me" option. If your phone is lost or stolen, contact support immediately to temporarily freeze your account.

win988 allows you to be logged in on more than one device simultaneously — for example, the Android app on your phone and a browser on your laptop. Your balance, open bets and account settings are synchronised in real time across both. However, for security purposes, logging in from an unfamiliar device may trigger a verification step. Only share your login credentials with nobody — multi-device login is intended for your own devices, not account sharing.

Download the win988 Android app from the Download page and log in using the same mobile number and password as your account. The app provides the same full functionality as the desktop site — sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, live casino, slots, deposits and withdrawals — with an interface designed specifically for Android phones. Once installed, you can add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
